Learned
investors,
I have tried to find a way in the CT SW to recognize when the buy (or sell if I have to)
volume exceeds an average. Ideally, you’d like to see a buy spike over an average, then combine that with other indicators to acknowledge a (buy)
rally. I guess you could say the opposite about a sell
rally for shorts.
The recently added
volume % can only go back 59 seconds, but it does identify a buy vs sell move wrt
volume. Can the SW identify a buying
rally in this way?
With this objective in mind to compliment my existing
open/add triggers, is my approach correct? Is there a better way to see a
volume spike?
TIA!
pat
